One simple solution to hearing impairment.

As a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) and director of a community-based ambulatory health center for older adults, my responsibilities combine primary care delivery with monthly health promotion activities, affording me the opportunity to interact with both the elderly in the community and their service providers. In this expanded role of delivering primary care services and intervening before the development of secondary complications, I became aware of the need to develop a program to help the vast number of elderly suffering from heating impairments.
